Q:  Do you take trades?

A:  Yes, we welcome trades and accept good quality firearms that are in at least good condition and working order.

Q:  Can you ship a firearm directly to my residence?

A:  No, all firearms must be shipped to a FFL (Federal Firearms Licensed) dealer for transfer to you.  The shipping price is listing in the description for each item.

Q:  How do I find a FFL dealer?

A:  During checkout you will presentenced with a FFL search in the shipping area during checkout or you can use the FFL Lookup on the menu. We advise you call them first to make sure they will accept an FFL transfer and check their Fees.

Q:  How will I know when my order is shipped?

A:  You will receive email confirmation upon receiving your order, payment and the FFL license from your dealer, we will then provide tracking info upon shipping.

Q:  Do you offer lay-a-way?

A:  NO, we no longer offer lay-a-way, because we wish to process your order and ship immediately.  We accept VISA and Mastercard for payment in full at the time of purchase.

Q:  What forms of payment do you accept?

A:  We accept major credit cards, money orders, cashier's checks and also business or personal checks. 

Once received, payment made by cashier's checks and money orders, your order ship immediately. 

We also accept personal and business checks which you can either send by mail or provide a picture of your personal check via email. Simply reply to your order confirmation email and attach a photo or scanned copy of your check.

All prices listed reflect a 3% cash discount which in not available when paying with a credit or debit card. 

Any bank check or money order without a security watermark will be held 14 days before the items ships.  This includes bill pay checks. 

Q:  Can I return the item?

A:  Yes, we offer a 3 day non firing inspection on all used firearms.  All new items are backed by the manufacturer's warranty and should be sent directly to them or an authorized factory repair center.  If you decide the item is not exactly what you wanted, you can return it only with prior approval and it will be subject to 10% restocking fee.

Q:  Will you ship C.O.D. or internationally?

A:  No, we do not ship internationally or accept C.O.D. payment.
